Our Australian servers are located within Pegasus Data Centre,
Brisbane. The area is caged to prevent unauthorized access to our equipment. All
network equipment and the network are monitored 24/7 to ensure all services
remain on-line 24/7.
The Network is built on purely Cisco equipment ensuring the best
network connectivity and reliability. The network itself is redundant with dual
load-balanced Cisco 7206 VXR routers either side to prevent a single point of
failure. All servers are monitored via Netflow to ensure accurate Bandwidth
calculations are made. Live bandwidth monitoring is performed for all servers
within our network.

Alpine Internet uses servers located in State of the Art data centres owned and operated by SoftLayer in Seattle, USA. We chose SoftLayer as our preferred data centre as they offer near perfect 100% network uptime and redundancy, numerous gigE Tier 1 carrier connections all in a secure world class facility.
